Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s when an unidentified printer picked up a galley of type and smashed it into a type specimen book. It’s survived for over five centuries and also the change to electronic typesetting. However, it’s virtually unchanged. It gained popularity in the 1960s, with the publication of Letraset sheets with Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
